Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://aws.amazon.com
2. Scroll down the page a little.
3. Observe the layout.

Expected Behaviour:
The main section of the page is the same across all the browsers.

Actual Behaviour:
The main section of the page is different.

Notes:

1. Screen rec provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome, Edge, Opera
4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and still reproduces on Firefox 123 and 125.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox Nightly. I get pretty much the same version compared to Chrome.
