User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/119.0

Steps to reproduce:

Open firefox as normal with the new Windows 11 setting called "Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels" to Never in Taskbar settings.

Actual results:

The window name is not visible until another app on Windows is opened. This issue seems to be limited to Firefox.

Expected results:

Window name should have appeared as normal, for example, "Mozilla Firefox" when opened.

Summary: Firefox window name not displayed on taskbar in new windows 11 update until another app is opened → Firefox window name not displayed on taskbar in new windows 11 update until another app is opened or closed

FWIW,
Deleting the xulstore.json file from an existing profile or creating a new profile works as expected.
However, if the browser window is moved to a new position OR the browser sizemode is changed OR turn on Open previous windows and tabs and then restarted, the problem occurs.
