This platform was disabled (with good reason) in bug 1852774, but we're gonna need it before we can increase the CI tier for WebGPU CTS.

And just to clarify, it wasn't really "disabled". It's that it was never running in the first place (due to a bug in the configs)

Now that we have a placeholder acknowledging this bug, I am unassigning myself from it. This is not a current priority for the WebGPU team, and I feel comfortable with the level of detail left in this bug for getting picked up later.
