Bug 1824420 increased installation times somewhat, and we seem to be hitting timeouts more often.
I'd like to try increasing it a bit. Hopefully, this will cause the problem to go away, but even if it doesn't it will give us some more information with which to investigate further.
If, after this, the timeout rates decrease to previous levels, we can probably just leave it. If it doesn't decrease it much at all, maybe we have a problem with the background task hanging, which we could potentially investigate further. If it decreases it substantially but not all the way to previous levels, it might require more investigation.
Potentially that time is mostly being spent doing Firefox first-startup work that gets cached in a cross-profile manner. In this case, we could probably justify bumping this even a bit higher since we probably aren't substantially increasing the time-to-first-launch by doing so.
Or it could be time related to doing things like profile creation, in which case we would be negatively impacting the time until first launch. Then we might want to discuss reverting Bug 1824420 or trying to optimize better.
