1864836 - Send desktop notification when Auth0 code confirmation is required by push-to-lando

I often find myself doing:

• switching git branches,
• mach try --push-to-lando,
• switch to another task on my system because mach try takes time (taskgraph computation?)

And on a regular basis, getting focused on something else, I forget my mach try that is waiting for Auth0 confirmation code link to be clicked.

It's not a big deal but it's painful enough that I would love to see it fixed. Sending a desktop notification like e.g., using notify-send like mach already does at the end of a build (successful or failed) would help
