Preconditions
- In about:config, set "browser.privatebrowsing.felt-privacy-v1" to true
- Enable High Contrast Mode.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a private window.
- Observe the "Private browsing logo" on the new private page.
Expected result
- The private browsing logo should be correctly displayed to the left of "Firefox."
Actual result
- On Windows, the private browsing logo is not visible when high contrast mode is enabled.
Regression range
- Not a regression.
Additional notes
- The logo is visible on Ubuntu 22.04 and macOS 11.7.
- The issue is reproducible with all high-contrast themes, including white and black.

:sbadau, if you think that's a regression, could you try to find a regression range using for example mozregression?

Since the on-screen brand name is still visible, marking this as access-s4.
While adapting images are not required for HCM, we probably still want all users to be able to see the logo for all good reasons, thus we could modify the image SVG to include system colors that would be visible in HCM too - there are few examples in the HCM SVG playground, NDA'ed link)
