When making new AWS account you do not get a Firefox generated secure password

I was creating an account on AWS and did not have an option to create a securely generated file. I created an aws account from here and after verifying my email account and getting re-directed to the page where I create my password I did not have the generate dropdown.

I started here:
https://portal.aws.amazon.com/billing/signup#/start/email

Then after verifying my email I was redirected to:
https://portal.aws.amazon.com/billing/signup#/start/password

But I do not have the ability to create a password on this page
