As mentioned in the review notes for our initial Report Broken Site patches, we should refactor the child actor (ReportBrokenSiteChild.sys.mjs) so we don't need #formatReportDataForWebcompatCom, or can at least minimize it (bearing in mind that the shape of the data will also affect #sendReportAsGleanPing in ReportBrokenSite.sys.mjs).
