Steps to reproduce:
Using KWin/X11 (haven't tested Wayland), open a video in PiP.
Actual results:
There are black borders on the top and the bottom of the video. They remain after resizing.
Expected results:
This was regressed by Bug 1863409.

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 121.0a1 (2023-11-16) on Ubuntu 22.04.
The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 122.0a1 (20231127214936) and Firefox 121.0b4 (20231127091758) on Ubuntu 22.04.
