Links in Storybook to other Storybook pages redirect to Source Docs or don't work right. Today our setup is to guarantee they work well in Source Docs. We ideally want links to work in both resources but this can get tricky.

:hjones had a first thought to replace links at build time when we deploy the SB site, but we're hoping there's an easier way.
