1865422 - Update "Review checker is powered by Fakespot by Mozilla" link again

In bug 1857117, we changed the link from Fakespot's “review-checker” page to the “our-mission” page. PM now recommends that we switch back to the “review-checker” page.

This is the new URL we should use:

https://www.fakespot.com/review-checker?utm_source=review-checker&utm_campaign=fakespot-by-mozilla&utm_medium=inproduct&utm_term=core-sheet

Verified on the Nightly 122.0a1 from 11/22 with Google Pixel 6 (Android 14).
Tapping on the "Fakespot by Mozilla" hyperlink from the Review checker, takes the user to page (https://www.fakespot.com/review-checker?utm_source=review-checker&utm_campaign=fakespot-by-mozilla&utm_medium=inproduct&utm_term=core-sheet).

Verified as fixed on the Beta 121.0b2 build, with Lenovo tab M10 (Android 10).
