User profile: Label to set the right expectation

At the moment, we have a limited profile labels that we present when a contributor posted an answer on a support thread (e.g. Top 10 Contributor, Moderator, Administrator, Locale Leader, etc). We need to improve this experience so users can set the right expectations when they know exactly who they're talking to.

To improve this experience, I'd like to propose the following additional labels:

  • Support Contributor: People who signed up as a contributor (belong to the 'Registered as a Contributor' group, 'forum-contributors', 'kb-contributors', 'mobile-contributors', 'social-contributors', or 'l10n-contributors' group) should have this label.
  • Support agent: Our official support agents should have this label.
  • Mozilla Staff: Staff members should have this label.

On top of that, we need to provide a link, so users can learn more about what each label means.
