Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 122.0a1-20231121183118

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-iphone/iphone-15-pro
2. Tap on the support icon located on the right bottom corner of the screen.
3. Visit Apple Support.
4. Observe the behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
Apple support page is displayed.

Actual Behaviour:
The Support page is shown for less than 1 second and then it switches back to the tab with the product previously accessed.

Notes:

1. Screen rec provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome
4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 123 and 125.

Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Browsers: Firefox Nightly 125.0a1-20240222103314 / Firefox Release 123.0-20240212203859 / Chrome 121.0.6167.144

Seems like the initial support menu opens in a new window (tab on Android). Then the actual support page opens in a second new tab and the support menu page closes itself. On desktop we then end up with the newly opened support page as the focused tab, whereas on mobile we end up with the original shop page as the focused tab (but the support page is open if you look in the tab list). So the brokenness here is just in which tab ends up selected in this scenario where a page creates a new tab and then closes itself.
