User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0
Steps to reproduce:
Using the new updated Firefox 115.5.0 ESR browser on Win 7 OS, as usual, I intended to watch the video content of some Internet sites, such as: https://www.bloomberg.com/live/us or https://www.bbc.com/persian/media-49522521
I tried watching the video content of these sites with other browsers and they were played without any problem.
Actual results:
The streaming video image was distorted and unrecognizable and greenish, although the sound was heard.
On-screen controls' of the Player were disabled and inaccessible as well.
Expected results:
The video image should be played clearly and transparently according to the defined resolution and the player controls should be active.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

(In reply to Robert Longson [:longsonr] from comment #3)
Seems similar to bug 1865928
They were using 115 ESR on Windows 7. Probably not the same issue. We haven't seen any other reports, but our win7 population is getting smaller so not sure.
