For WPT Print Reftests, --reftest-screenshot=always only logs screenshots of the last page in the print output.

For example:

./mach wpt --log-tbpl=$PWD/printing-test.log --reftest-screenshot=always testing/web-platform/tests/css/printing/page-size-001-print.html

We could fix this, but we'd need to change the data format to signal that we're sending more than one screenshot; see https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/mozbase/mozlog/mozlog/formatters/tbplformatter.py#266-277
