Steps to reproduce:
On Fedora KDE these links dont work correctly
widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.mime-handler
specifically
Actual results:
trying to open a link, app is set, choosing a different application does not work as the portal is not used
Expected results:
using the portal by default. This also fixes the horrible GTK filepicker and allows sandboxing

You may look at widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.open-uri and widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.file-picker at about:config and set them to '1'.
