Since resolving the reason why chrome was taking so long to run on the M2s, we have run into a new issue where browsertime is timing out on try at about a 45% rate when we run chrome/chromium/CAR(chromium as release).

I've noticed a pretty high rate of timeout on Try e.g
I think it might make sense to reopen this

Bug 1888556 might be helpful for this, since the screenshots right now only show a empty desktop screen (so presumably chrome has already shut down)
