Current state
When a user right clicks on the background of a page to activate the Page Context menu (see more details here), there is no way to access full page translation.
Enhancement
Add an option to this menu that says "Translate Page to [Language]"
- Place this option under "Send Page to Device..." and above "Select All" on both Mac & Windows menus
- Clicking this option triggers full page translation to the destination language without opening the translation panel first.
- [Language] = the last destination language a user translated a page or selection to (selection translation feature is in in pre-build stages). E.g. if user last translated a page or selection to Bulgarian, the menu would say "Translate Page to Bulgarian"
- If the user has never used any translation features, [Language] should match the default language that the translation feature would use.
- If the detected page language = the user's default language or last destination language (e.g. if the page is in English and the last destination language was English), the menu option should say "Translate Page..." and this opens the translation panel (similar to how it works from the context menu). From here, the user can manually configure to/from languages.

Similarly, would be nice to have this command also listed in the Menu bar (hidden by default), under "Tools". This is the most logical spot that I hunt-and-peck for this option currently (I despise the hamburger menu for trying to do too many things at once).
