Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:120.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/120.0
Steps to reproduce:
Mozilla Firefox 120.0.1 (64-bit) on macOS Sonoma: Despite the fact that DNS over HTTPS is switched off on Privacy and Security bar in Settings it still leaks my DNS. It won't use my own DNS servers despite restart or setting the browser. Mozilla Firefox is the only browser with such a fault, Your DNS providers are less reliable than systems or ISPs default DNS provider, the user needs to be able to control that.
Actual results:
NOTHING. Despite the switching off DNS over HTTPS.
Expected results:
The browser should use the systems or ISP's default DNS provider.

Set at S3, until we can confirm this is an issue. At which point we will relabel as S2.
