Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021207 Phoenix/0.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021207 Phoenix/0.5

The toolbar pallet utilizes "Message Text" settings in Windows ME (yes... yuck,
but it's not my PC)

And the toolbar pallet size doesn't consider the text size... so when I have
large fonts, the buttons move off of the small pallet.

I recomend scaling the pallet size with font size, or ignoring font settings and
going with the correct size, or adding scroll capabilitys to the windows
(horizontal and vertical) AND making the ESC key exit from this menu editing mode.

When right clicking on the tool bar, I get the option to edit the menu.

This is my dad's PC, and his monitor has high resolution and so the fonts are
made extra large for the URL and others...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.in windows ME (or 98 methinks), right click on desktop-->Appearance-->click on
Message Text choose size=14, ok
2.Start Pheonix .4 or .5
3.right click on the menu, select customize

Actual Results:
Effectivly locked the browser.
ESC key did not exit, other creative attempts at resizing the pallet didn't
work, had to exit the browser and live with an undesired menubar configuration

Being forced to exit the browser is dataloss potential, so I marked this as
being critical.

Expected Results:
Resized the toolbar pallet to allow for different fonts, and or add scrolling to
that pallet, and or ignore operating system defined font sizes in this case.

(note, the URL bar also utilizes the "window message" text size attribute, but
this is ok so far)

Being forced to exit the browser is dataloss potential, so I marked this as
being critical.
Oops, this might be a toolbar thing... I thought toolbar and menu were the same
things... and the toolbar was lower on the area drop down menu!
