We're due to create a CODEOWNERS file. I think it'll reduce the work by a step because it'll automatically pick reviewers.

The initial round should probably cover all the files with @socorro-eng.

We talked about it in the Observeneers meeting and decided to go with one team acrosss all our services. I renamed @mozilla-services/socorro-eng to @mozilla-services/obs-team.

willkg merged PR [mozilla-services/tecken]: bug-1868132: add CODEOWNERS file (#2853) in 5c5985b.

I also enabled Require review from Code Owners in main branch protections.

Given that this doesn't need to be pushed to prod, I'm going to mark it FIXED now.
