Steps to reproduce:

Update from 119.0.1 to 120.0.1. Visit my company instance of Jira Service Management. Create an issue. Attempt to transition an issue by clicking on the issue status dropdown, then clicking on the desired new status.

Actual results:

The page displayed a "loading" animation indefinitely.

Expected results:

A popup section should have appeared on the page, showing the issue transition screen.

Please disregard, this was entirely self-inflicted and the update was coincidental.
