Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.webmd.com/healthy-aging/video/shoshana-ungerleider
- Locate a video transcript and play it.
- Tap on the video to pause it and tap on the fullscreen button from the video controls.
- Observe the result.
Expected Behavior:
The video goes into portrait mode
Actual Behavior:
The video goes into landscape mode
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Screenshot attached
- The video can not revert to portrait mode if tilted
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and still reproduces on Firefox 123 and 125.
