Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://video.search.yahoo.com/search/video;_ylt=Awrig2LxUHBl2yoexAOJzbkF?p=testing&fr=yfp-t&fr2=p%3As%2Cv%3Ai%2Cm%3Apivot
2. Observe the slider below the header.

Expected Behaviour:
There's no scroll bar displayed at the bottom of the slider.

Actual Behaviour:
There's a scroll bar displayed at the bottom of the slider.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible on Chrome
4. Not reproducible on the Images tab
5. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
