Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a PDF with Text inside of Firefox.
  2. Select Any text using the Mouse cursor.
  3. Enable the Highlight button from the Toolbar.

Expected result

  • The Selected text should instantly highlight with the set color.

Actual result

  • The User has to enable the tool first and then select the Text he wants to Highlight.

Bug 1867742 should cover this use case, but maybe we want to also change a little the behavior here.
