Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.bbc.com/news/av/world-67650491
- Play then pause the video.
- Observe the video control buttons
Expected Behavior:
The PiP option is present
Actual Behavior:
The PiP option is missing
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Screenshot attached
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and still reproduces on Firefox 123 and 125.
