Details
We need to populate the Mozillians groups that provide access to privileged Treestatus behaviours.
The treestatus_users group can modify the status of trees and update log entries to account for errors.
The treestatus_admins group can create and delete trees.

treestatus_users has been populated with all the appropriate users. treestatus_admins is currently just Aryx and I, but for now that will suffice.
