Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 122.0a1 (2023-12-07)

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://weather.com
  2. Observe the behaviour

Expected Behaviour:
The cookie banner is displayed.

Actual Behaviour:
The cookie banner does not get displayed.

Notes:

  1. Screen rec provided
  2. Without accepting the cookie banner the location and temperature won't be shown in the header
  3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
  4. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private mode
  5. Not reproducible on Firefox Release with Strict ETP
  6. Cookie banner blocker doesn't seem to influence this behaviour at all
  7. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
