Environment:
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 122.0a1 (2023-12-07)
Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://weather.com
- Observe the behaviour
Expected Behaviour:
The cookie banner is displayed.
Actual Behaviour:
The cookie banner does not get displayed.
Notes:
- Screen rec provided
- Without accepting the cookie banner the location and temperature won't be shown in the header
- Not reproducible with Standard ETP
- Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private mode
- Not reproducible on Firefox Release with Strict ETP
- Cookie banner blocker doesn't seem to influence this behaviour at all
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
