this includes a lot of unittests that run in the source-test mozbuild and mozbase jobs. Which also mean cleaning up a bunch of test data and the master manifests that we generate.

I will also remove a lot of the .ini specific tests as we are so close to a full migration that the chance of needing to change manifestparser and support both toml and ini is minimal.
