No, webgpu enabled/disabeld does not affect the testcase.
This testcase needs gpu-canvas to repro.

Thanks for the clarification. gpu-canvas is off by default on windows, and I cannot repro on Linux or Macos, so I'm setting as S3 for now. Lee can re-evaluate if needs be.
