Steps to reproduce:

install firefox (or thunderbird) from microsoft store
cmd => firefox -p or thunderbird -p => profile-manager in english

Actual results:

profile-manager in english but should be any other language

Expected results:

profile-manager in english but should be any other language. if i use the .exe-file from mozilla directly, then everything is correctly but i prefer the ms store version. this way is more elegant
