SM's v2.53.17.1's internal updaters is unable to update to v2.53.18 due to its "Update Failed ... Failed (unknown reason)" error.

Steps to reproduce:

Run installed SM's v2.53.17.1's menu's Help -> Check For Updates -> Update SeaMonkey to get its v2.53.18. Reproduced in updated 64-bit W10 Pro., Debian stable/bookworm, and 2 macOSes (Mojave v10.14.6 and Ventura v13.6.3).

Actual results:

Internal updater quickly fail with "Update Failed ... Failed (unknown reason)" error.

Expected results:

Download and update SM v2.53.17.1 to v2.53.18.

There seems to be some missing updates. Currently checking and fixing.

Fixed the updates issue. It also brought to light the fact that a few of the binaries were missing too.
