With https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1866143 completed, we have all the building blocks needed to hookup the OAuth flow with the current flow of the browser

This bug will add a pref that when enabled, the browser will return an OAuth URL instead of the fx_desktop_v3 one, and once web content sends back the OAuth code and state, the browser will authenticate the user and persist their sync keys.

• When the pref is enabled, the URLs returned by FxA are oauth urls
