Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 122.0a1 (2023-12-13)

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://support.onkyousa.com/hc/en-us
2. Click on the "Sing in" button.
3. Observe the behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
The login page is loaded.

Actual Behaviour:
Except for the URL changing, nothing else happens.

Notes:

1. Screen rec provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
4. Reproducible with both Strict and Standard ETP in Private mode
