Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 122.0a1 (2023-12-14)

Preconditions:
• account required

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://vimeo.com
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Click on the account icon located on the top right corner of the page.
  4. Observe the cover button.

Expected Behaviour:
The button has no fill color.

Actual Behaviour:
The button has a fill color, it should be visible only when hovering over it.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  3. Not reproducible on Chrome and Opera
  4. Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Verified this issue and it's still reproducible on Firefox versions 123 and 125.

Browsers: Firefox Nightly 125.0a1 (2024-02-26) / Firefox Release 123 / Chrome 122.0.6261.70

Note: Not reproducible on Chrome
