A lot of the simulations on this github are slower in Nightly. I dont think they are high-priority as all of the testcases there spend 99% of the time in ionmonkey.

I don't see anything obvious in the profile. This is mostly running in JIT code, but also 19% in DOM/GFX canvas code.
