RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 354493

(Reporter: bug.reporter.321, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:120.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/120.0

Steps to reproduce:

http://samy.pl/webscan/

This page is able to probe hosts on the local LAN.
It works quite reliable in firefox. Some false positives are shown, but the signal to noise ratio is still high.

Do we have any configuration to stop XSR to local LAN?

Actual results:

http://samy.pl/webscan/ enumerates hosts in the local LAN. It seems to cannot be blocked.

Expected results:

http://samy.pl/webscan/ should not be able to probe the LAN because of XSR.
