Looking at the raw data, I see it mentions "rsaOAEP".
We don't support that yet, that's tracked in bug 215997

Josef, could you please send a test email to me?
I'm attaching a test S/MIME certificate (RSA key).
Does this work? Are you able to use it send me an encrypted email using your Gateway?

This is an email, signed with my test certificate.
You should be able to download it, open it with Thunderbird, copy it to a folder, and then click it, and then TB should show it as a valid signed email. You should be able to send an encrypted reply to it.
