The following metrics will expire in the next Firefox Nightly release: version 124.

dotprint.failure
dotprint.requested

This bug removes telemetry expiring in 124 that was for GeckoView's
use of window.print().

Discussed removal with Stefan over Slack. We have other Android print from menu telemetry, if we ever need generic print usage down the road.
