[Grid] Ignore specified alignment properties in subgridded axes

1. Fixing the behavior of AxisEdgeFromItemPosition where the computed
   alignment of a subgrid must ignore any specified justify-* or
   align-* properties if it's subgridded in the respective axis.

2. Renaming alignment properties in GridItemData to match the axes of
   its parent grid instead of the writing mode of the grid item.

3. Adding test coverage to the WPT suite for this issue.
