User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:121.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/121.0

Steps to reproduce:

Using Firefox 121.0-1 on Debian Sid.

I have a laptop with a touchscreen. With previous versions if I touched and held my finger on the left or right arrow buttons either side of the tab list to scroll through them, it would "quick scroll" (as opposed to a single press making one short scroll movement). Now when I try this with version 121 it just results in a context menu being displayed with options like 'new tab'.

Perhaps this was a deliberate change rather than a bug, I don't know, but disappointing if so as I used this all the time.

"Correct" behaviour is restored when run with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=0.

Using Gnome btw.

It seems this should be an issue on windows as well, might be worth fixing this in the front-end, no great reason those buttons should have a context menu...

Screenshot attached showing the context menu that appears.
