As both bug 1859239 and especially bug 1861933 show we face a lot of intermittent failures of these tests on Wayland only. With the old Linux 18.04 workers we do not have any issues. The underlying problem here is most likely the current setup of the Wayland VM workers as described on bug 1861933 comment 72.
Before the workers haven't been updated we should skip all the CDP tests for Wayland to get rid of the high amount of failures per week.

We should get the patch to disable these tests uplifted to beta and release as well.
Sheriffs, can you please land it accordingly? Thanks.

Ryan, do you have something else for m-r to go along with this one? If not I could push this as a test-only change.
