Steps to reproduce:
Go to any site that allows installing a PWA.
Actual results:
I get an annoying blue dot on my menu for installing the PWA that I will never do. Meaning I will always see this annoying notification for no reason.
Expected results:
Allow me to completely disable this install button. I don't care about PWAs. I have never cared about PWAs and I will never care about PWAs.

The annoying blue dot will be removed in our new menu design (bug 1898393) and the "Install" PWA menu item was replaced with the "Add to Home screen" menu item that's shown on all web pages (bug 1885563).
