Firefox version: Nightly 123.0a1 (2023-12-27)

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.abc.net.au
2. Observe the "Log in" button located near the hamburger menu.

Expected Behaviour:
The "Log In" button is loaded on the page.

Actual Behaviour:
The "Log In" button is stuck loading on the page.

Notes:

1. Screen rec provided
2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
4. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private mode
5. The page is blank when accessing the login page directly
