Here is a screen recording demonstrating the issue on Firefox 121 for Android:
Description
In the video the tabs view is first shown and there are four tabs open. However, the bottom right tab can not be selected. You may note that the URL for the bottom right tab is for amazon.ca
but the preview and favicon are of the adjacent tabs. When the tab is selected the content from adjacent tabs is shown as well. The preview, favicon, and content of the tab will change depending on the last-selected tab. Ultimately, the tab is never selectable and it must be closed and a new tab opened.
