Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Nightly 123.0a1 (2024-01-02)

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://videocardz.com/newz/gigabyte-confirms-geforce-rtx-40-super-series
  2. Scroll down the page.
  3. Observe the comments section.

Expected Behaviour:
The comments section loads.

Actual Behaviour:
The comments section is stuck loading.

Notes:

  1. Screen rec provided
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
  4. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in private mode

Since nightly and release are affected, beta will likely be affected too.
