Operating system: Windows 10 / OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 123.0a1 (2024-01-02)

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://noizz.pl/informacyjne/noca-wandale-wtargneli-do-warszawskiego-metra-jest-nagranie/t72qssm
  2. Scroll down the page.
  3. Observe the behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
The video loads correctly.

Actual Behaviour:
The video is stuck loading.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
  4. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in private mode
  5. Reproducible on Android as well

Since nightly and release are affected, beta will likely be affected too.
