I've discussed with Dão (Theme and Search engineering) that we should commit to the deemphasized text design pattern introduced for Search prefs throughout about:preferences and beyond. Making use of descriptive text pattern could greatly improve the information architecture of settings by having clear stylistic distinction descriptive text and form labels and options, and ultimately this would promote groups of settings to show up uniformly/in the same fashion throughout settings.
This work would include us committing that description tags and classes utilize the deemphasized text color token.

Figure I'd include a picture of this well established description text pattern in addons as well.

- Failure line: TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | browser/components/preferences/tests/browser_experimental_features.js | no-results-message should not be in search results -
