Preconditions

• Install the Firefox en-CA build
• Set browser.search.region to CA in about:config
• Flip following prefs in about:config:
  * extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.v2.enabled = true
  * extensions.formautofill.addresses.supported = on
  * extensions.formautofill.heuristics.captureOnFormRemoval = true
  * extensions.formautofill.heuristics.captureOnPageNavigation = true
• Use CA VPN to test

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.canadiantire.ca/
2. Add an item to Cart and navigate to the checkout page
3. Fill in the Address Form and submit the form
4. Edit the Shipping Information Form in order to trigger the "Update doorhanger" (eg. add a second name inside the "First Name" field)
5. Submit the changed

Expected result

• The "Update address" doorhanger is displayed.

Actual result

• The "Save address" doorhanger is displayed.

• This issue is intermittent.

Hi Anca, could you help take a screenshot of the "save address" doorhanger when this issue occurs. And also take a screenshot of the addresses that are saved in the disk when that happens (before clicking save)? thank you!

I was able to "catch" it with a third name, but during last week testing, intermittently I've reproduced the issue with a second name only.

As a general note, this site seams to work fine on a happy flow (Update doorhanger included). Once I'll stress it a little bit it has strange behavior but not necessary reliable steps. Now I am noticing that the Province is not captured in my screencast, which I didn't reproduce before. A one time undesirable behavior regarding Province is captured here. I added a second name in the First Name field and expended the Province dropdown before submitting the changes, but I've couldn't reproduce it anymore using the same steps.
