User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:121.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/121.0
Steps to reproduce:
Situation:
• Thunderbird-Version 115.5.2
• OS: Windows 11 22H2 (Build 22621.2861)
• several IMAP mail accounts
• 4 calenders (provider: T-Online in Germany) originally used with WebDAV / CalDAV via TbSync and Provider forCalDAV & CardDAV (from: https://github.com/jobisoft/DAV-4-TbSync/, Version of 20-08-2023)
• anti virus: eset
This configuration is used (with former Windows versions) since some months without issues. Calendars were synced perfectly. Calenders and email inboxes are also used with mobile devices. Passwords are stored within thunderbird.
Calenders are: 1) my "normal" calendar, 2) a public holidays (such as christmas,..) 3) school holidays 4) birthdays. All using same pw.
Browser's Agent string: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:121.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/121.0
Actual results:
Some weeks ago thunderbird started to request some (not all) calendar passwords. There were 2 options for me to go on: I could
a) either enter password, request storing of them (tic box) and go on or
b) cancel all these dialog boxes. After this the according calenars were inactive, but I could simply activate them - without entering any passwords and they were correctly synced.
After close and restart of thundbird I usually get the same issues again - no matter whether I tried a) or b). Mostly I got password requests for 3 of my 4 calenders, sometimes for all of them.
When I look in the logfile I get the following messages (here: 3 of 4 failed):
16:33:14.810
[calCachedCalendar] replay action failed: <unknown>, uri=https://spica.t-online.de/spica-calendar/caldav/principals/[my-user]@t-online.de/calendars/INFO_CHANNEL-5/, result=2147500037, operation=[xpconnect wrapped calIOperation]

[calCachedCalendar] replay action failed: <unknown>, uri=https://spica.t-online.de/spica-calendar/caldav/principals/[my-user]@t-online.de/calendars/INFO_CHANNEL-2-1/, result=2147500037, operation=[xpconnect wrapped calIOperation]
I tried to do the following steps to solve the issue:
- integrate calendars with TBSync/CalDAV and without (TBSync should not be necessary any more)
- delete thunderbird calendar cache (cache.sqlite) file
- delete login.json/login.json.backup and type in all passwords again
None of these actions helped, the situation is still the same.
Expected results:
As all passwords are correctly stored I would have expected normal synchronization of calender events in both directions without any repeated requests to enter passwords.
result of further tests: if I unsubscribe 3 of my 4 calenders and just work with one single calender everything works fine. As soon as I subscribe a 2nd calender (no matter which one) I get the pw issue mentioned in my original report.

Same problem here, without TbSync. I initially had 4 calenders active, now only one. The password requests became lessn than before, but I still get the requests with only one calendar. The problem appears randomly.

Same here, but with thunderbird 138.
I get the same error message and all the calendars I have are disabled. Upon reenabling, I get this exact error message, only with my backend URLs.
This wasn't the case with the latest stable.

I seems something significant has changed in calendar handling, since I can't even readd my nextcloud calendar.
